Due to the nature of custom formulation we have different refund/replacement policies to Blanka catalogue products.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds for custom formulation. We highly recommend you order a sample order first ($27/unit) to ensure you are satisfied with the product before ordering inventory.

Damage/Lost Scenarios

If an item is damaged during transit, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving the package with photo evidence. After reviewing the damage, we will work to find a solution for your (i.e sending a replacement).

If an item does not arrive, please contact the carrier and file a claim with them for your lost package. Blanka does not accept responsibility for packages lost in transit or held by customs.
