Subscriptions
Blanka offers three membership tiers — Essentials, Signature, and VIP — so merchants can choose the plan that best fits their business. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time to match your current needs.
Billing continues until you cancel or downgrade. By default, subscriptions auto-renew each billing period.
Cancel anytime. If you cancel, your subscription will not be refunded or prorated, but you will retain access until the end of your current billing period.
Pausing your account. Currently, Blanka offers a pause option for subscriptions. If needed, subscriptions must be paused and re-subscribed when ready.
Shopify-Billed Cancellation. If your subscription was billed via Shopify, you must manage the cancellation directly on the Shopify platform. Access Shopify's 'Apps' or 'Billing' section, locate the Blanka subscription, and complete the cancellation process. Ensure all necessary steps are followed to avoid any billing discrepancies.
Brand Setup & Rebranding
First brand setup is free.
Rebrands are $149 USD. Rebranding work begins immediately after purchase, so rebrand fees are non-refundable.
Before you purchase a rebrand, please review your new brand assets carefully — rebrand work is started right away.

Custom Branded Orders
Custom branded orders are final and non-refundable once confirmed and processed. Production begins immediately after your order is approved, and orders that reach the printing stage cannot be cancelled or refunded.
Please double-check all details (artwork, quantities, and shipping address) before confirming a custom branded order. If anything is unclear, contact us first — we’re happy to help.
