Subscriptions

At Blanka, we want our merchants to find a plan that best fits their needs. This is why we offer four unique plans: Free, Growth, Scale, and VIP.

Blanka offers a 14-day trial for the Growth Plan, Scale Plan, and VIP Plan. These trials are offered so that you do not have to commit without trying them first. Please note, an account is limited to one 14-day trial. Your 14-day trial automatically begins once your account activates a paid plan.


Before your 14-day trial ends, you can choose to stay on your respective plan, try another paid plan, or downgrade to the Free Plan. During your 14-day trial you can switch plans as often as you would like. You will be charged for your selected plan once your 14-day trial ends, unless your plan has been downgraded to the Free Plan. By default, subscriptions and billing continue until you have downgraded or canceled your account

Your subscription plan may be canceled at any time. However, Blanka does not refund or prorate unused portions of a subscription. This means that if you cancel your subscription, it will no longer auto-renew, but you will retain access until the end of your subscription period. Please note that Blanka will not honor a refund for users that have gone beyond the 14-day trial period.

Brand Setup

Your first brand setup with Blanka is free but rebranding costs $149 USD. When you rebrand, our team starts working on your new brand setup right away and therefore all paid brand setup purchases are non-refundable.
