How do I update my logo/rebrand?

Learn how to change your Brand logo after you've already locked in

Every new Blanka account includes 1 brand set up but you may only have one brand/logo active per Blanka account.

Setting up a new brand will replace your current branded products. If you have inventory stored with Blanka, please reach out to support to manage old inventory. If you wish to change your logo in the future, you'll need to pay for a new brand set up fee.

Here are the steps to update/rebrand:

  • In order to update your logo or rebrand the products, head over to your "My Brand' tab and select 'Setup New Brand':

  • You will then be routed to upload a new logo file:

  • Once you're happy with the new logo you uploaded, click on the 'Create Mockups' button.

  • A warning message will then pop up to confirm your new brand. After clicking on the 'Create New Brand' button, your card on file will be charged the $149 brand setup fee. Please note that this fee is strictly non-refundable.

Once confirmed, you can now review your new mock ups and approve your new brand setup.

Note: If you've already published your old logo/brand to your store, you will need to republish any products to your store once you've locked in your logo and changed your brand logo. Learn how to Bulk unpublish/publish here.
