How do I change or update my Blanka membership?

Changing your membership is quick and simple. Follow these steps:

  1. Log into the Blanka app.

  2. Go to Dashboard in the left-hand toolbar, then select Billing or Profile.

  3. Click Manage Subscription or Explore Other Memberships to update your plan.


Important Notes

  • Cancelling Subscriptions: You may cancel at any time. Blanka does not refund or prorate unused portions of a subscription. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the billing period, but it will not auto-renew.

  • If you signed up directly with Blanka (outside Shopify), you must downgrade your account before deleting the app or closing your store to avoid being billed externally. For more details, please reference Shopify's cancellation guide.
