There are two ways to change the password associated with your Blanka account:
From the login page
Visit the Blanka login page here
Click on Forgot your password? Reset it here.
You will receive an email prompting you to reset your password
From your Blanka dashboard
Log into the Blanka app
Select My Profile located under the My Account label on the left hand tool bar
Click on Profile and select Change Password
Follow the prompts
Note: If you originally signed up for Blanka via Shopify, then you must first reset the password by logging into Blanka via your Shopify store. To do that, follow these steps:
Log into your Shopify account
Select Apps and then Blanka
From there, you will be logged into your Blanka dashboard
Select My Account from the left hand tool bar
Click on Password and select Change My Password
Follow the prompts to reset your password
