You can update your password to the Blanka app in two ways:
Option 1: From The Blanka App Log In Page
Visit the Blanka log in page here.
Click on Forgot your password? Reset it here.
You will receive an email prompting you to reset your password.
Option 2: From the Blanka App Dashboard
Visit the Blanka log in page here.
Select Dashboard on the left hand tool bar.
Click on Profile and select Change Password.
Follow the prompts.
Option 3: If You Signed Up Via Shopify
If your Blanka account was created through Shopify, you must reset your password through your Shopify store first:
Log into your Shopify account.
Click Apps, then select Blanka.
Once in your Blanka dashboard, go to Dashboard → Profile → Change My Password.
Follow the prompts to update your password.
