Pausing your account is a great way to keep your progress and published products while taking a short break. When you return, you can pick up exactly where you left off.
Please note: Pausing is limited to 90 days per calendar year.
Benefits of Pausing
When you pause your account, you won’t need to:
Re-select products.
Re-publish products to your store or update product information.
Lose grandfathered pricing.
How to Pause Your Account
Go to your Dashboard and select Billing.
Scroll down and click End Membership.
On the next page, select Pause My Account.
Confirm your subscription and review the applicable pause charge.
Click Confirm to pause your subscription.

Important Notes
Pause fees are automatically billed or prorated based on your current billing cycle.
Pausing gives up to 87% off your subscription for 3 months.
After 3 months, your subscription resumes normal pricing.
Only monthly subscriptions can be paused; annual plans cannot.
The monthly pause fee is non-refundable.
