Managing your Blanka account is simple, whether you need to delete your account, cancel your subscription, or request a refund. Below is a step-by-step guide for each scenario.


Deleting Your Blanka Account

If you’d like to permanently delete your Blanka account:

  1. Email the Blanka support team with the address associated with your account.

  2. Submit a request for account deletion.

  3. Once your request is processed, your account will be deactivated and permanently deleted.


Canceling Your Blanka Subscription

Changing or canceling your membership is quick and easy:

  1. Log into the Blanka app.

  2. Click Dashboard from the left-hand toolbar and navigate to Billing or Profile.

  3. Select Manage Subscription or Explore Other Memberships to update, upgrade, or cancel your membership.


Refund Requests

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. To request a refund:

  1. Contact [email protected] with your account details and reason for the request.

  2. Our support team will review your request and follow up with next steps.
