Within the Blanka app, you have the option of purchasing sample orders or inventory orders. Below we will explain what the difference is:
Order samples: When you place a sample order, you are ordering an unbranded product that is shipped straight to your door.
Inventory order: When you place an inventory order, you are ordering a branded product. This product can be stored in the Blanka warehouse to be shipped to your customer when they place an order on your store. Alternatively, you can order inventory straight to your home if you'd like to fulfil orders directly.
Note: a brand plate must be ordered to brand your inventory order and you must be on a paid plan to store inventory at Blanka's warehouse.
Do you want to purchase samples with your branding on them? No problem! After you've ordered a brand plate, simply select Order Inventory from the My Products page of the Blanka app.
