You can customize your samples with your branding, or order them unbranded — either way, we’ll ship them straight to you.
How to Order Samples in the Blanka App
Login to your account here.
Select "Product Catalog" from the toolbar on the left.
Browse products and select the one you’d like to sample.
Click “Order Sample” to add it to your cart.
When ready, click the cart icon in the top right corner.
Choose whether you want your sample “With your brand” or “Without your brand.”
Please note:
Don’t send sample orders to customers — they arrive in branded Blanka packaging. Place a separate customer or inventory order for sending products to your customers.
Sample orders are limited to 3 units per SKU.
Shipping times:
Branded samples: 5–9 business days
Unbranded samples: 1–2 business days
Finalize your brand setup before ordering branded samples.
International shipping is available for all sample orders, with flat-rate fees depending on the destination (see pricing table below).
