If you have multiple Blanka accounts and wish to consolidate them into a single account, the process is straightforward but requires some careful steps. Consolidation ensures a seamless experience by centralizing and simplifying your preferences.


Step-by-Step Instructions for Account Consolidation

  1. Select the Primary Account: Decide which Blanka account you want to keep as your primary account.

  2. Request Email Update: Contact Blanka’s support team to update the email address on the account you want to keep. This email address should be the one you wish to use moving forward.

  3. Delete the Secondary Account: Once the email address is updated, the secondary account(s) will need to be deleted to complete the consolidation process. Remember, one Blanka account can only be linked to one store.

  4. Finalize Branding: Complete any additional branding updates required by Blanka to activate your account and continue operations.
