Pausing your account is a great way to keep your progress and products you've already published. It’s easy to come back and pick up where you left off in case something comes up!

What are the benefits of pausing?

  • Your account remains in the same state as you left it upon return, this means you will not have to:

    • Re-select products.

    • Re-publish products to your store + update any product information.

    • Maintain grandfathered pricing.

On the free plan you are only allowed 10 unbranded products, by agreeing to downgrade you will lose access to any branded products you have created.

Here are the steps to pause your account:

  • Go to your Blanka Profile page and select the 'Change Plan' button then select 'Downgrade'. Choose a reason why you are changing your plan:

  • On the next page, you will see a 'Pause My Account' button:

  • You will then be prompted to confirm your subscription and be shown the applicable pause charge. Here's a breakdown of the pause charge per plan:

PAUSE DISCOUNTS:

Growth Plan: $10/mo vs. $39/mo (74% discount)

Scale Plan: $15/mo vs. $79/mo (81% discount)

VIP Plan: $20/mo vs. $149/mo (87% discount)

  • Select 'Confirm' to proceed with pausing your subscription.

Important notes:

  • You can pause your subscription even while you are on trial but note that there is an applicable 'pause fee' that will automatically be billed or prorated based on your current billing cycle.

  • Pausing your plan can give you up to 87% off savings on your subscription fee for 3 months.

  • After 3 months on pause, your account will automatically resume back to the normal subscription cost based on your plan.

  • Only users on a monthly subscription have the option to pause. Annual plan subscriptions cannot be paused.

  • It's important to note that the monthly pause fee is strictly non-refundable.
