Blanka makes it easy to track your orders once they’ve been shipped. Here's how to track your order.
Option 1: Via the Shipping Notification Email
After your order is shipped or marked as fulfilled, Blanka automatically sends a shipping notification to the email address associated with your account.
This email includes a tracking link so you can monitor your shipment’s status. Tracking numbers are usually available after the order has been processed. For sample orders, this timeline is typically 5-9 business days.
Option 2: From Your Blanka Orders Dashboard
Merchants using the Blanka app can log in and navigate to the Orders page, where each order displays its tracking link for easy access.
