Blanka makes it easy to track your order. Tracking details are typically available after the order has been processed by the carrier, and notifications are sent promptly thereafter.


Shipping Notification Email & Tracking Number

  • Once your order is shipped, Blanka automatically sends a shipping notification to the email address associated with your account.

  • This email includes a tracking link that allows you to monitor your shipment’s progress. Tracking details are typically available after the order has been processed by the carrier.

  • Please note that during peak demand periods, there could be slight delays in processing and shipping, which may cause minor delays in receiving tracking details.


Blanka Orders Dashboard

  • Merchants using the Blanka app can log in and visit the Orders page.

  • Each order displays its tracking link, making it easy to view shipping updates at any time.


Important Notes

  1. Check your spam or junk folder if you don’t see the shipping email

  2. Ensure the email address on your Blanka account is up to date

  3. Tracking details may take some time to appear after an order is placed. During peak periods, such as holidays, expect potential delays in both processing and the appearance of tracking information. Staying informed by monitoring announcements regarding possible delays can also be helpful during such times.
