How to Check Your Order Status

To view the status of your order, log in to the app, go to the Orders section in your Blanka dashboard and select the type of order you want to check.

You can also filter by order status using the tabs provided (see below).


Order Status Definitions

  • Payment Required – The order is new and needs to be paid for. Please note: Blanka can only begin processing orders once payment is completed.

  • Unfulfilled – Your order is currently being processed by our fulfillment team.

  • Shipped – Your order has left our fulfillment center. You will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number for every shipped order.
