How to Check Your Order Status

To view the status of your order, log in to the app, go to the Orders section in your Blanka dashboard and select the type of order you want to check.

You can also filter by order status using the tabs provided (see below).


Order Status Definitions

  • Payment Required – Your order requires payment. Please note: Blanka can only begin processing orders once payment is completed.

  • Picking - Items in your order are being picked in our warehouse.

  • Printing - Your order is being printed.

  • Preparing to Ship - Your order is being packed and getting ready to be shipped.

  • Shipped – Your order has been shipped. You will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number for every shipped order.
