How does Blanka handle order processing, shipping, & delivery updates?

Overview

Blanka is committed to transparency and efficiency from the moment you place your order to the time it reaches you or your customer. Below, you’ll find details on processing times, shipping notifications, and how to track and confirm delivery.

Blanka provides two main fulfillment options: Pay-as-you-go (Print-on-Demand), where production and fulfillment take 5–9 business days, and Pre-produced Inventory, which allows fulfillment within 1–2 business days as products are stored in Blanka's warehouse.


Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 5–9 business days. To speed things up, Blanka offers two options:

  • Priority Processing (VIP Members Only): Reduce processing time to a maximum of 5 business days.

  • Store Inventory at Blanka: With paid memberships, store inventory at our warehouse for free and fulfill orders in 1–2 business days.

Fulfillment is managed from Blanka's warehouse in Dallas, Texas, ensuring efficient processing and delivery.


Shipping Timelines

Once your order is processed, it is shipped according to standard delivery timelines. You’ll receive a shipping notification via email when your order is dispatched. This email includes a tracking number so you can easily monitor your shipment.

Standard shipping timelines vary by region: North America (3–5 business days, 5–8 for remote areas), Global (5–14 business days), and Australia/New Zealand (7–22 business days).

Expedited shipping options are also available: North America (2–3 business days) and International (4–12 business days).

Note: Delivery times may vary due to factors such as customs processing, weather conditions, and courier delays.


Order Delivery Confirmation & Tracking

To confirm delivery of your order:

  1. Use the tracking number included in your shipping notification email.

  2. Check the tracking details to verify delivery status.

  3. If the tracking system shows that your package was delivered but you haven’t received it, review the delivery details and contact the courier for further assistance.
