Label Requirements for Products sold in North America:
The FDA requires that all products have the following information for products sold in the United States.
Product identity
Net quantity
Directions for safe use
Warnings
Ingredient list
Period after opening (PAO)
The name and place of business (website or address)
These details ensure that all products meet regulatory standards and provide essential information to consumers, enhancing product trustworthiness and compliance.

Blanka offers the option to print your name and place of business on an additional label to meet the full FDA guidelines.
This additional labelling service is available for $2 per product in order. It ensures that your products comply with label regulations. Please note, these orders may take longer to fulfil.
How to Apply Additional Labels:
After placing your order:
Please reach out to [email protected] with your order number and the website link you want to be included on the label and request to have complaint labels added.
Our merchant success team will send you an invoice to pay. Please note, you must email us directly after placing the order and pay the invoice within 24 hours to ensure product labelling is compliant and your orders are not delayed.
Once paid, we will print and apply the additional labels to the back of the products. We use white labels on white products and black labels on black products.
If you want to know the exact placement of the labels on the products please reach out to [email protected] before requesting your label. Currently we cannot adjust the placement of labels on products.
Please note: If you are outside of those regions you need to research the labelling requirements for your country and create your own labels to meet those requirements.
*Products that are exempt due to size (i.e pencils) we do not include these details on the label.
