At Blanka, our goal is provide our merchants with the highest quality and newest innovations with products. In order to do so, at times we need to replace products and/or update our catalogue.

If a product will be discontinued, we will let you know 2 months prior via email and through the following article.

Next steps after a product is discontinued:

  • If you have the item listed in your store and do not have any inventory at Blanka:

    1. Remove the item from your store.

    2. Stay tuned for replacement items marked as 'New' in the 'Find Products' page to sell.

  • If you have inventory stored for the item at Blanka:

    1. Reach out to our merchant success team ([email protected]) to see how much quantity you have left.

    2. Feel free to keep the item listed on your store till you run out of quantity (or get low).

    3. Once you run out of stock, remove the item from your store.
