If a product will be discontinued, we will let you know 1 month prior by updating products in the Blanka app accordingly.
You can filter for discontinued products by going to your 'My Products' page and using the discontinued filter:
Please note that discontinued items will no longer appear in the product catalog after they have been discontinued.
Next steps after a product is discontinued:
If you have the item listed in your store and do not have any inventory at Blanka:
Remove the item from your store.
Stay tuned for replacement items marked as 'New' in the product catalog.
If you have inventory stored for the item at Blanka:
See how much quantity you have left in the 'My Products' page.
Feel free to keep the item listed on your store till you run out of quantity (or get low).
Once you run out of stock, remove the item from your store.
