What happens if a product has been discontinued?

At Blanka, our goal is provide our merchants with the highest quality and newest innovations with products. In order to do so, at times we need to replace products and/or update our catalogue.

If a product will be discontinued, we will let you know 1 month prior by updating products in the Blanka app accordingly.

Please note, discontinued items will no longer appear in Find Products page after they have been discontinued.

Next steps after a product is discontinued:

  • If you have the item listed in your store and do not have any inventory at Blanka:

    1. Remove the item from your store.

    2. Stay tuned for replacement items marked as 'New' in the 'Find Products' page to sell.

  • If you have inventory stored for the item at Blanka:

    1. See how much quantity you have left in the 'My Products' page.

    2. Feel free to keep the item listed on your store till you run out of quantity (or get low).

    3. Once you run out of stock, remove the item from your store.
