Blanka works with a large network of manufacturers in Canada and the United States and require them to be FDA compliant. Since we work with a large network of manufactures we don't have one certification we can provide, however we can confirm all of our partners are FDA compliant. Merchants can request specific documentation affirming the compliance of manufacturers by contacting Blanka.
As the seller, you are responsible for registering your products with the FDA if applicable (i.e Cosmetic Notification Form). We recommend you do your own research regarding your location and business size to see if that is necessary. Blanka provides access to some regulatory documents to assist sellers in meeting these responsibilities, though sellers are accountable for their own compliance research.
