Blanka provides options for uploading, changing, and customizing the size and rotation of your logo for different product colors and types.
Logos must meet Blanka’s requirements to be approved for use. For example, logos with gradients are not acceptable.
Free Logo Changes Before Publishing Products or Ordering Inventory
If you’ve uploaded a logo but haven’t yet published products or placed an inventory order, you can:
Change your logo as many times as you want, free of charge.
Edit your logo (resize, rotate, etc.) without limitations.
Upload both dark and light versions for optimal display on different colored products.
Additionally, you can submit your logo for pre-evaluation to ensure it meets Blanka’s requirements before uploading.
This allows you to test, order samples, and adjust your branding until you’re ready to go live with confidence.
Please note: If you order a sample, the product will be branded with the logo and customizations active at the time of the order. Once your logo is finalized, further changes will require setting up a new brand. If you encounter difficulties changing your logo after ordering a sample, contact Blanka support for assistance.
Once You Publish Products to Your Online Store or Order Inventory
After you’ve published your products to your store or placed an inventory order:
Your logo is considered locked in.
Any future logo changes will require setting up a new brand ($149 USD).
Creating a new brand replaces your existing branded product images using your new logo and branding assets.
If you have inventory stored with Blanka, contact support to manage or clear old inventory before proceeding.
Automatically Sync Updated Product Images to Your Store
When setting up your new brand, you’ll have the option to automatically sync your updated product images to your connected store.
If enabled, Blanka will automatically replace your existing branded product images with updated versions once your new brand is completed.
💡 Tip: Automatic syncing is enabled by default to help keep your store branding up to date with minimal manual work.
Please note:
Only product images are updated.
Product titles, descriptions, pricing, variants, inventory, and URLs will remain unchanged.
Steps to Update or Rebrand After Locking In Your Logo
Go to the My Brand section in your Blanka dashboard.
Select Setup New Brand.
Approve the $149 USD payment.
Follow the standard steps to upload and configure your new branding assets.
Choose whether you'd like Blanka to automatically sync updated product images to your connected store.
Complete your brand setup submission.
Once your new brand is approved, your updated branded product images will be generated automatically.
If automatic syncing is enabled, your updated images will also be pushed directly to your connected store.
If automatic syncing is disabled, you’ll need to manually update your store products after your new branding is applied.
Ensure your new logo meets Blanka’s requirements to avoid delays or additional fees during the setup process.
