A Brand Setup is the first step to putting your logo onto the products. Setting up your brand with Blanka is necessary for ordering custom branded products and only needs to be setup once unless you choose to rebrand.
All new Blanka users can setup their first brand for free but if you wish to change your brand/logo in the future, a $149 USD fee is required in order to rebrand.
To setup your Brand, click the 'Get Started' button on the My Brand Setup section:
Once you are in the 'My Brand' section, simply upload your logo file while making sure that your logo meets the indicated requirements:
After your logo is uploaded and it meets the requirements, click 'Next' to proceed to the next steps:
When you get to the next page, you will be presented with the option to 'Change Logo' for the different versions of the product. From here, you can upload a different color version of the same logo (i.e. Black logo on Light Products, White logo on Dark Products).
Important note: During this step, when uploading a different color version of your logo, ensure that you are uploading the same logo.
After uploading your logo, click on the CREATE MOCKUPS button to initiate the visualization:
You will then be routed to the customizer page where you need to wait until it finishes uploading:
Once it's done, you will now see your logo on the products. From here, you will need to review your mockups.
From here, you can edit each products logo but clicking on the product:
You can edit the Rotation, Size, and Logo type that you want for a specific product as well as it's applicable box.
Remember to also check on the logo of the product box:
Once you're happy with the customization of the product, just click on 'Confirm' and proceed to review the next product.
The product will have a 'Customized' badge to indicate that you've done customization to that product:
When you are done customizing and reviewing all your product and box mock ups, click on the 'APPROVE YOUR LOGO' button below the page.
A warning message will then pop up to confirm if you want us to proceed with producing your custom branded product mockups.
IMPORTANT:
Once you click on the 'YES, BUILD MY PRODUCT LINE' button, your logo and customization will be locked in. If you wish to change your brand/logo in the future, a new brand setup fee of $149 will be applicable.
Also note that some logo's may meet initial requirements within the app but our design and production team will still need to review and prepare your logo from our backend. If in case your logo does not meet the final requirements, your brand setup may be reset so that you can upload a new logo and re-customize it again. You will receive an email notification about this and this does not cost any additional fee's.
As per our terms and conditions, please note that we strictly DO NOT allow the use of any copyrighted logo unless you own the copyright to the logo. Should any merchant or user submit, use, or apply a copyrighted logo on their account (without providing proof of ownership), their brand setup shall immediately be removed.
After that, you're done! You can now proceed to adding and publishing products to your connected store.
