Yes! All of Blanka’s products meet FDA approvals.
Blanka works with a large network of manufacturers in Canada and the United States and require them to be FDA compliant. Since we work with a large network of manufactures we don't have one certification we can provide, however we can confirm all of our partners are FDA compliant.
As the seller, you are responsible for registering your products with the FDA if applicable (i.e Cosmetic Notification Form). We recommend you do your own research regarding your location and business size to see if that is necessary.
Please note, for countries outside of the United States you will need to do your due diligence to see if products are compliant in those areas.
In addition there are different label requirements based on your region and it is your responsibility to ensure your labels are compliant.
