Fulfilling orders

When it comes to fulfilling customer orders, you have three options:

  1. Order inventory to the Blanka warehouse: You order inventory upfront and store it in the Blanka warehouse for free*. When you receive an order we can fulfil your customer order immediately from your existing inventory

  2. Order inventory as you receive orders: You order inventory when you receive a customer order. For example, if you received an order for a lipstick, then you could place an order for just that lipstick. With Blanka, there are no minimums! One thing to keep in mind is that production time takes about 5 - 9 business days. Orders of over 50 units, may take a few days longer in some cases.

  3. Order inventory to yourself: If you want to handle all customer order fulfilment, then no problem! We can ship you your inventory directly.

Note: a brand plate must be ordered and approved to order branded inventory.

Managing inventory levels from the My Products page

When it comes to managing your inventory levels, Blanka will let you know if a product is:

  • Low stock

  • Out of stock

      • If no date is listed for estimated arrival date, we are still working on the timeframe of brining it back in stock.

  • Discontinuing soon

  • Discontinued

*On paid plans. If you downgrade to the Free Plan and still have inventory at Blanka, you have the following options:

  • Ship to you: We can ship your inventory to you

  • Donate to a cause: We can donate your products to a charitable organization on your behalf

Our merchant success team will reach out to you to discuss which option you want to proceed with. If we don't hear back from you within 7 days of us reaching out, we will donate your inventory to a charitable cause.
