Essential Plan
The Essentials plan is a great starting point for merchants looking to access Blanka's platform and begin building their brand.

Published products: Publish up to 25 custom products to your store.
Product discounts: Bulk discounts are available up to 15% on all products.

Support: Chat and email support.
Full platform access: Launch, brand, and sell your products.
Signature Plan
The Signature plan is built for merchants who are outgrowing Essentials and want room to publish more products, plus direct phone support, without the full VIP feature set.

Product discounts: Bulk discounts are available up to 15% on all products.
Processing times: This plan offers standard processing times.
Support: Phone, chat, and email support.
VIP Plan
The VIP plan is designed for growing brands that want better margins, faster turnaround times, and access to exclusive features such as dedicated support and branded inserts.
Key features:
Published products: Unlimited.
Dedicated Support: Each VIP member is assigned a personal account manager for tailored support and guidance, including 1:1 monthly coaching for a year. Merchants can also schedule calls or meetings with their account manager for direct assistance.
Branded Package Inserts: VIP members can include branded inserts, such as thank-you cards, in customer orders at no extra charge. Merchants can design their own inserts or have Blanka create the design for $5. Printing costs start at $100 for 200 units, or you can have them printed yourself and shipped to Blanka.
Priority Order Processing: Orders are processed within 5 business days, faster than the standard 5–9 business days for non-VIP plans. For even faster fulfillment (1–2 business days), merchants can pre-stock inventory at Blanka's warehouse at no additional storage cost.
Exclusive Discounts and Perks: VIP annual members receive a 10% discount on all products, plus all members receive up to 15% bulk discounts on all products.
API Access: Merchants using platforms other than Wix, Shopify, or WooCommerce can integrate their stores with Blanka via API access.

FAQs
What counts as a published product? Any product you add and publish to your online store counts toward your plan's limit. Free: 3, Essentials: 25, Signature and VIP: unlimited.
I'm already on Essentials, does the new 25 product limit apply to me? No. If you subscribed to Essentials before September 16, 2026, you keep unlimited publishing as part of your current plan. The 25 product limit only applies to new Essentials subscriptions.
Can non-VIP members access branded inserts? No, branded inserts are exclusive to VIP members.
How do I upgrade my plan? Merchants can upgrade to Signature or VIP at any time in-app on the memberships page, or by contacting Blanka's support team.
