How to Resolve Logo & Brand Setup Issues in Blanka

If you’re experiencing problems with your logo or brand setup in the Blanka app, this guide walks you through common issues and how to resolve them.


Common Brand Setup Issues

1. Why am I being asked to edit my logo?

Blanka requires users to review and approve their brand setup before placing an order. Completing this step will:

  • Restore full account access: Allows you to place orders, publish products, etc.

  • Enable updates to product mockups: Ensures all of your logo customizations are captured and updated across products

  • Transition your brand setup to the latest version: Ensures the most up-to-date version of your logo is featured on products

2. Why is my logo missing on products?

If your logo doesn’t appear on products, it usually means your brand setup hasn’t been finalized. To fix this:

  1. Complete all steps in the Brand Setup section of your Blanka account

  2. Follow the on-screen instructions to finalize your branding

Once finished, your logo will display correctly on all products.

3. Why does my logo show on my website but not on products?

This happens when the front-facing label is correct, but the backend brand setup is incomplete. Complete all remaining brand setup steps to fully synchronize your branding across products.


Common Logo Issues

  • Single-logo policy: Only one logo is allowed per account

  • No gradients: Gradients are not supported due to printing limitations

  • Colors: Sometimes light or dark logos are not visible against white backgrounds. To fix this, upload two versions of your logo (i.e. dark logo for products with light backgrounds and light logo for products with dark backgrounds)

  • Logo Versions: Sometimes, only one version of your logo (e.g., dark or light) is applied to all products. To fix this, log out and re-upload both versions of your logo.


Technical Requirements for Your Logo

For your logo to render properly on products, ensure the uploaded logo files meet the criteria outlined in the article here.

If your current logo doesn't meet this criteria, it's recommended to reset your brand setup and upload a revised logo that adheres to these requirements.
