Common Brand Setup Issues
1. Why can't I upload my logo?
When you are setting up your brand within Blanka, you may receive an error message about your logo: "Please upload a logo that meets requirements."
For your logo to render properly on products, ensure the uploaded logo files meet the criteria outlined in the article here.
If your current logo doesn't meet this criteria, we recommend uploading a new logo that meets the requirements.
2. Why is my logo missing on products?
If your logo doesn’t appear on products, it usually means there is an error with your brand setup that requires manual intervention. Please contact us using the chat or email [email protected] to help resolve your issue.
Once finished, your logo will display correctly on all products.
3. Why does my logo look small or off-center on products?
If your logo looks small or off-center, that is most likely due to it having padding, or extra space around the logo itself. We recommend using editing software or contacting your designer to remove the padding and re-upload it to Blanka.
