Common Brand Setup Issues
1. Why can't I upload my logo?
When you are setting up your brand within Blanka, you may receive an error message about your logo: "Please upload a logo that meets requirements."
For your logo to render properly on products, ensure the uploaded logo files meet the criteria outlined in the article here.
If your current logo doesn't meet this criteria, we recommend uploading a new logo that meets the requirements.
2. How do I make my logo visible on dark backgrounds?
To ensure your logo looks great on all products, especially those with black packaging:
Use a lighter version of your logo: Opt for a white or light-colored logo to maintain visibility on dark surfaces. This ensures your branding remains clear and professional.
Follow visibility and format guidelines: Ensure your logo meets Blanka's recommended specifications for optimal appearance across different product backgrounds.
3. Why is my logo missing on products?
If your logo is not displaying as expected (e.g., on a black bottle), you may need to reset your brand setup and re-upload the correct logo. To do so, please contact us using the chat or email [email protected] to help resolve your issue.
When you re-upload your logo, make sure the logo file format and design are compatible with Blanka's platform requirements.
Once finished, your logo will display correctly on all products.
4. Why does my logo look small or off-center on products?
If your logo looks small or off-center, that is most likely due to it having padding, or extra space around the logo itself. We recommend using editing software or contacting your designer to remove the padding and re-upload it to Blanka.
