To ensure that your logo is printed beautifully on the products with the highest resolution possible, Blanka requires logo's to be uploaded with the necessary requirements.

See our article about logo requirements here.

A few common reasons why a logo isn't working are:

  • The logo is not in PNG.

  • It has a white/colored background (not transparent).

  • The pixel size is too small or too big.

  • There's too much padding around the logo.

How can I easily adjust my logo to meet the requirements?

We recommend using a free website like photopea.com to easily edit your logo or any similar software to achieve the same results.

Using photopea.com as an example, you can:

  • Export your logo in PNG by opening the logo > click on 'file' > 'Export as' > 'PNG'.

  • Adjust the size by editing the width and height to ensure that they meet at least 500px minimum:

  • You can remove excess padding by clicking on ctrl + left click on your logo > click 'Image' > then 'Crop':

  • To remove the background color from your logo, you can export it 'without background color' (if it's an option similar in Canva), or you can use this free webtool.

Please note that as the brand owner, you are solely responsible for editing and adjusting your own logo.
