If you need to disconnect a store from your Blanka account, our support team can handle this for you. Follow the steps below to ensure a smooth update.


Steps to Remove a Connected Store

  1. Log in to your account and go to the My Products page.

  2. Unpublish all products from your store (Please note: To learn more about how to unpublish products, check out this guide).

  3. Once all products are unpublished, reach out to our team via chat or email with the following information:

    1. The email address associated with your account.

    2. Which store you'd like to remove.

    3. Confirmation that all of your products are unpublished.

  4. Our team will then proceed with disconnecting the store.

Please note: You can only connect stores that Blanka has direct integration with (Shopify, Wix, or WooCommerce).
