Once purchased, follow the steps below to create your custom quiz using Typeform.
Step 1: Set Up Your Typeform Account
If you don’t have a Typeform account, sign up here.
Create a new form by selecting Start from scratch.
Step 2: Build the Quiz
Create a Welcome Screen:
Add a welcome message explaining the quiz purpose.
Tip: Include a picture of your product mockup for a visual touch.
Create Multiple Choice Shade Questions:
Add a question for each brand in your quiz data.
Include only the shades you offer.
Always include “I don’t know my shade” as an option.
Create End Screens:
Make an end screen for every shade you offer.
Add an “Order Now” button linking to the corresponding product page.
Include an end screen for users who don’t match any shade.
Tip: Use branded swatch photos for added visual appeal.
Set Up Logic Jumps:
Use Typeform’s Logic Jumps to direct users based on their answers.
Example:

Step 3: Publish Your Quiz
Test your quiz thoroughly.
Publish it and add the URL to your website, e.g., “Not sure your shade? Take the Color Match Quiz.”
