Why Orders May Be Undelivered
Occasionally parcels can be returned or abandoned due to a few common issues:
Incorrect or incomplete address: Make sure all orders have a complete and accurate shipping address before placing the order on Blanka.
Missing phone number: If a phone number isn’t provided, the courier may be unable to contact the recipient if delivery fails.
Duties or taxes required: For certain countries, orders may need duties or taxes paid to clear customs.
Tip: Always collect a phone number for your customers when they place an order. If your local privacy laws allow it, consider making this a required field in your store checkout.
