At Blanka, our commitment is to swiftly fulfill your orders, ensuring a seamless experience for you. The fulfillment process is composed of two key elements: Printing & Fullfillment time and Shipping time, together forming the Total time for arrival.
There are distinct methods by which we fulfill orders, each influencing the timeframe for dispatching your products.
Please note: The times listed below take effect after your Brand Plate has been approved.
Option 1: Pay for products when customers place orders
This approach allows you to sell products as customers order them, eliminating the need for excess inventory. However, an additional print time is factored into the overall time for arrival.
Print + fulfillment time: 5 - 9 business days (For VIP users print time is 5 business days or less).
Shipping time:
North America: 3 - 5 business days
Global: 5 - 14 business days
Australia and New Zealand: 7 - 22 business days
Total time:
North America: 8 - 14 business days
Global: 10 - 23 business days
Australia and New Zealand: 12 - 31 business days
Option 2: Fulfilled customer orders with inventory
Choosing this option allows you to maintain a limited inventory at Blanka, pre-printed and ready for immediate dispatch when customers place orders (please note it takes 1-2 business days to fulfill the order). This bypasses the printing time, expediting the shipping process.
Print time: 0 days (assuming inventory has been previously ordered)
Fulfillment time: 1-2 business days
Shipping time:
North America: 3 - 5 business days
Global: 5 - 14 business days
Australia and New Zealand: 7 - 22 business days
Total time:
North America: 4 - 7 business days
Global: 6 - 16 business days
Australia and New Zealand: 8 - 24 business days
Additionally, for those who prefer full control over order fulfillment, you can opt to order inventory to yourself. We'll ship the products to you for storage, though please be aware that this method entails a printing and fulfillment time of 5 - 9 business days, in addition to the shipping times mentioned above.
If you use Shopify, Blanka will send tracking information for customer orders to your Shopify account. In order for those to send to your customer, please enable the 'customer shipping notifications' in your Shopify account.
Please note: Orders of over 80 units may take longer to fulfil in some cases, if it will take longer one of our merchant success team members will reach out.
