How long does fulfillment & delivery take?

At Blanka, we aim to deliver your orders as quickly and smoothly as possible. An order’s total delivery time is made up of two stages:

  • Production & Fulfillment Time – How long it takes Blanka to produce (if needed), pack, and prepare your order

  • Shipping Time – How long the carrier takes to deliver the order after it ships

⏱ Total Delivery Time = Production & Fulfillment Time + Shipping Time

Please note: All timelines begin once your brand setup has been approved.


Types of Orders

Blanka offers multiple ways to fulfill orders depending on how you manage inventory.

Option 1: On-Demand Fulfillment (Pay as Customers Order)

With on-demand fulfillment, products are produced only after a customer places an order. This option requires no upfront inventory but includes production time before shipping.

Production + Fulfillment Time:

  • Non-VIP Members: 5–9 business days

  • VIP Members: 1-5 business days

Shipping Time:

  • North America: 3–5 business days*

  • Global: 5–14 business days

  • Australia & New Zealand: 7–22 business days

Estimated Total Delivery Time:

  • North America: 8–14 business days*

  • Global: 10–23 business days

  • Australia & New Zealand: 12–31 business days


Option 2: Fulfill Orders from Your Blanka Inventory

With this option, you pre-purchase inventory and store it at Blanka’s facility. Products are produced in advance and ready to ship as soon as a customer order is received.

Production + Fulfillment Time:

  • 1-2 business days (inventory is already produced)

Shipping Time:

  • North America: 3–5 business days*

  • Global: 5–14 business days

  • Australia & New Zealand: 7–22 business days

Estimated Total Delivery Time:

  • North America: 4–7 business days*

  • Global: 6–16 business days

  • Australia & New Zealand: 8–24 business days

Merchants with inventory stored at Blanka’s facility can request their inventory be shipped to them at any time.


Option 3: Ship Inventory to Yourself

If you prefer to manage fulfillment independently, you can place inventory orders and have them shipped directly to your own location.


Production & Fulfillment Time:

  • 5–9 business days

Shipping Time:

  • North America: 3–5 business days*

  • Global: 5–14 business days

  • Australia & New Zealand: 7–22 business days

Estimated Total Delivery Time:

  • North America: 8–14 business days*

  • Global: 10–23 business days

  • Australia & New Zealand: 12–31 business days


Additional Notes

Timelines:

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier schedules, weather conditions, customs processing, or other transit factors.

  • Timelines are subject to change without notice.

Expedited Shipping:

  • Expedited shipping is available for all orders at checkout and ensures that the carrier’s transit time is reduced. This option prioritizes shipments within the carrier’s network for faster delivery.

  • Limitations of Expedited Shipping:

    • Expedited shipping reduces shipping time only and does not shorten production or fulfillment time.

    • Customs Clearance Delays are Not Covered: Expedited shipping does not accelerate customs clearance processes. Shipments may still experience delays if held for a review.

    • Scenarios Where Expedited Shipping is Effective:

      • Faster delivery during the transit stage is needed.

      • Your order has already been processed and prepared for shipment.

Tips to Avoid Delays:

  • Complete necessary paperwork for international shipments to avoid customs issues.

  • Verify product availability and processing times when placing your order.

  • Contact support if you have concerns about delivery timelines or customs requirements.

Large Orders:

  • Orders of 80 units or more may require additional processing time. If this applies, our team will contact you with next steps.

Shopify Users:

  • Tracking details are automatically sent to your Shopify store.

  • To notify customers, ensure Customer Shipping Notifications are enabled in your Shopify settings.

Shipping to Remote Areas:

  • Some locations require additional delivery time. See article here to learn more.
