Updating Product Inventory & Shipping Profiles in Shopify

After publishing products from your My Products page, it may take up to five minutes for stock levels to update in Shopify.

  • If your Shopify dashboard still shows “0 in stock” after waiting:

  • If your Shopify dashboard shows “Inventory Untracked”:

    • Go to your Shipping Profile page and update the warehouse location to Blanka.


Steps to Update Shipping Profiles

You can follow Shopify’s guide on Shipping Profiles to create a new profile or update your shipper locations.

  1. Log into your Shopify dashboard

  2. Search for Shipping Settings

  3. Create a New Shipping Profile

  4. Add/manage your profile and enter Blanka’s address as the warehouse location

Troubleshooting Sales Channel Visibility

If your products are not visible, ensure they are assigned to the correct sales channels, like the Online Store.
