Order Processing & Cancellations

At Blanka, our team works around the clock to get your customers’ orders out quickly! Orders are processed immediately after you place them to ensure fast fulfillment. Cancellation may still be possible before production or printing begins. Contact us promptly to make such requests.

Cancelling Prior to Production

If an order has not entered the production stage, you can contact our team to request cancellation.

Orders Already Printed

Cancellation is no longer possible once products have been printed. However, you may:

  1. Have the products shipped to your address.

  2. Use Blanka's warehouse storage service for the printed goods until further notice.

Orders Prepared for Shipment

Orders being prepared for dispatch are non-cancelable.

Please note: Orders cannot be edited once paid for. However, cancellations may be requested before production or printing begins. Always contact Blanka directly to confirm the cancellation, as canceling through your storefront does not automatically update Blanka's system.
