What happens when I receive a customer order on my Shopify, Wix, or WooCommerce store?

Congratulations on your sale! You’ll receive an instant email from Blanka notifying you of the order. Here’s how to process it:

  1. Log in to your Blanka dashboard.

  2. Go to your Orders page.

  3. View your customer orders and select the order you want to process.

  4. Choose how to fulfill:

    • Using Blanka inventory: If you have inventory stored at the Blanka warehouse, you can fulfill directly—only shipping fees apply.

    • On Demand: If you're not storing inventory at the Blanka warehouse.

  5. Once the order is placed, our team will process and ship it to your customer!
