Access the Product Catalog in the Blanka App
Go to the "Product Catalog".
Select the product you want to customize.
Customize Your Logo
Click "Customize Logo" to open the editing interface.
Adjust the size, orientation, and placement of your logo.
Use the visual preview to check your changes.
Save Your Changes
Once satisfied, save your adjustments.
Repeat for other products as needed.
Policies on Logo Variants
Blanka supports one logo per account for all products by default.
Exceptions: You can reset brand settings to upload two logo variants (e.g., standard and white) for cases like dark packaging. After resetting, follow the guided steps to apply the new logos.
Troubleshooting Logo Settings
If only the default logo is available or customization isn’t working:
Reset brand settings: This restores your logo options and allows you to re-upload variants.
Re-upload logos: Follow the guided process.
Additional Features for Enhanced Customization
Visual Previews: During customization, you will see a live preview of how the logo appears on the selected product. Blanka notifies you if certain customizations are not feasible.
