Blanka makes it easy to track your order once it has shipped. You can access tracking information using one of the options below.
Option 1: Shipping Notification Email
Once your order is shipped, Blanka automatically sends a shipping notification to the email address associated with your account.
This email includes a tracking link that allows you to monitor your shipment’s progress. Tracking details are typically available after the order has been processed by the carrier.
Option 2: Blanka Orders Dashboard
Merchants using the Blanka app can log in and visit the Orders page.
Each order displays its tracking link, making it easy to view shipping updates at any time.
