Blanka makes it easy for you to track your order once it has been shipped. Here’s how you can get your tracking number:
Shipping Notification Email
After your order has been shipped or marked as fulfilled, Blanka will automatically send out a shipping notification to the email address associated with your account.
On your email, you will see a confirmation email from Blanka which contains the tracking link of your order:
On your Blanka dashboard:
On your Blanka dashboard, go to your Orders tab and look for the order.
Below the order, you will see the tracking number/link:
Note: Make sure to check your email, including the spam/junk folder, or log in to your account on the Blanka website to find your tracking number and be also ensure that the email address on your account is up to date. If you need to update the email address on your account, please reach out to [email protected] to request for an update.
