Order Fulfillment & Shipping Times (Blanka App)
At Blanka, we’re committed to delivering your products quickly and seamlessly. Your order’s total delivery time is made up of two parts:
Production & Fulfillment Time: How long it takes Blanka to make and prepare your order.
Shipping Time: How long it takes for your order to reach you or your customer once it’s shipped.
⏱ Total Delivery Time = Production & Fulfillment Time + Shipping Time
Please note: All times begin after your brand setup has been approved.
Types of Orders
There are two ways to fulfill customer orders using the Blanka app. See the breakdown of each below.
Option 1: Pay for Products as Customers Order (On Demand)
This option lets you sell products on demand — no upfront inventory required. However, each order includes production time before shipping.
Production + Fulfillment Time: 5–9 business days
Shipping Time:
North America: 3–5 business days*
Global: 5–14 business days
Australia & New Zealand: 7–22 business days
Estimated Total Time:
North America: 8–14 business days*
Global: 10–23 business days
Australia & New Zealand: 12–31 business days
🚀 Expedited Shipping: Available for this option. Please note: Expedited shipping will only shorten the shipping time, not production or fulfillment time.
Option 2: Fulfill Orders from Your Blanka Inventory
With this option, you pre-purchase inventory and store it at Blanka's facility for faster order fulfillment. Products are pre-produced (at the time the inventory order is placed) and ready to ship as soon as you customer order is received.
Production Time: 0 days (inventory already made)
Fulfillment Time: 1–2 business days
Shipping Time:
North America: 3–5 business days*
Global: 5–14 business days
Australia & New Zealand: 7–22 business days
Estimated Total Time:
North America: 4–7 business days*
Global: 6–16 business days
Australia & New Zealand: 8–24 business days
Please note: Merchants who have inventory stored at Blanka's facility can choose to have their inventory shipped directly to them at any point in time.
Option 3: Ship Inventory to Yourself
Prefer to handle fulfillment directly? You can order inventory to your own location.
Production & Fulfillment time: 5–9 business days, plus standard shipping times above.
Additional Notes
Large Orders: Orders over 80 units may take longer to fulfill. If this applies to your order, our team will reach out with details.
Shopify Users: Blanka automatically sends tracking information to your Shopify account. To notify your customers, make sure Customer Shipping Notifications are enabled in your Shopify settings.
Remote Shipping Areas:
5–8 business days extra: Nova Scotia, Newfoundland & Labrador, Prince Edward Island, remote Northern Ontario/Quebec, Alaska, Hawaii
7–11 business days extra: Northwest Territories, Yukon, Nunavut
