Why Are Some Products Showing as Unbranded in My Products/My Website?

Learn more about Branded Products in your website

Why Is This Important?

Having unbranded products published in your store can lead to an inconsistent customer experience.

If a customer purchases an unbranded product:

  • Your logo will not appear on the product label or packaging.

  • The product will be fulfilled without your custom branding.

  • Customers may receive products that don't align with your brand identity or expectations.

To maintain a professional and consistent brand experience, we strongly recommend ensuring that every product in your My Products page displays your logo.

How Do I Check If My Products Are Branded?

  1. Log in to your account.

  2. Navigate to My Products - A banner will be displayed saying that you have unbranded products in your store.

  3. Review each product in your catalog - Each product should say “BRANDED” if the product SKU just starts with BLNK - it is unbranded.

  4. Verify that your logo is displayed on every product.

  5. If a product is marked as Unbranded, it should be replaced with its branded version before customers are able to purchase it from your store.

How Do I Replace an Unbranded Product?

To keep your storefront consistent:

  1. Log in to your account and navigate to your My Products page

  2. Unpublish the unbranded product from your store.

  3. Go to your Product Catalog - locate the branded version of the same product and add it to your My Products.

  4. Publish the branded version to your storefront.

  5. Confirm that your logo now appears on the product in store.

This ensures that all future customer orders will be fulfilled with your branding.

Best Practice

Before launching your store or adding new products, take a few moments to review your My Products page and confirm that:

  • Every published product displays your logo

  • There are no products labeled "Unbranded"

  • Your storefront only contains products that reflect your brand

Performing this quick check helps ensure a consistent brand experience for every customer and prevents unintentional fulfillment of unbranded orders.
