Blanka merchants using the app may occasionally notice missing items in orders, often caused by SKU discrepancies in your online store.

Understanding the causes and knowing how to fix them quickly can help prevent delays and ensure a smooth fulfillment process.


Common Causes of Missing Items

  1. SKU Discrepancies: Each product in Blanka is tracked using a unique SKU. If the SKU in your store doesn’t match Blanka’s system (for example, after editing the SKU), the item may be excluded from the order.

  2. Fulfillment Oversights: Rare errors can happen during processing, but these are usually investigated and corrected promptly when reported.


How to Resolve Missing Items

  1. Check & Correct SKUs

    • Make sure the missing item’s SKU in your store matches Blanka’s system.

    • If changes were made, unpublish and republish the product to reset the SKU and re-sync the listing.

  2. Add Missing Items to Orders

    • Place a new inventory order for the missing product.

    • Store it at Blanka’s warehouse.

    • Request to combine it with the ongoing customer order to expedite fulfillment.

  3. Contact Blanka Support

    • For persistent SKU errors or fulfillment questions, contact our support team. They can reship items or take other corrective actions as needed.

  • Keep SKUs consistent: Avoid changing SKUs once products are linked to Blanka.
